The Australian innovation rethinking the bottle teat

Minbie was born in Melbourne from one simple idea: babies deserve a bottle teat that supports breastfeeding.

Co-founded by Julia Wilson, a mother, grandmother and award-winning designer, Minbie began with years of research into how babies naturally feed at the breast. The result was a patented bottle teat designed to help babies maintain their natural feeding technique and move more easily between breast and bottle.

The complexity of postnatal feeding demands a nipple that perfectly matches the way babies nurture breastfeeding. A unique cycle is created when babies are able to latch properly and draw the breast milk well. Our unique bottle teat design is a breakthrough in protecting a baby’s instinctive breastfeeding technique.

I strongly believe families should not have to settle for a bottle that might be harmful to their breastfeeding journey. They deserve a bottle that nurtures and protects that instinctive, special bond.

Minbie is proudly family owned and operated, co-founded in Melbourne by mother and son duo, Julia and Torquhil.

What began as Julia’s determination to solve a long-standing feeding problem has grown into a trusted Australian brand supporting hundreds of thousands of families.

Still led by the same values it was founded on, Minbie remains committed to thoughtful design, honest education and products that genuinely support parents through the realities of feeding.
