By six months, many babies have become highly efficient breastfeeders. Some parents are returning to work, introducing carers, or needing more flexibility with feeding. Others discover their breastfed baby suddenly refuses every bottle they try.

The Minbie 6 Month+ Kit is designed to support these transitions. Our patented teat encourages the same instinctive latch, tongue movement and feeding rhythm used at the breast, helping your baby move between breast and bottle while protecting the breastfeeding relationship you've worked so hard to build.

For families already using Minbie, this kit provides the next stage in your baby's feeding journey. For families introducing a bottle later, it's often the first bottle many breastfed babies will accept.

Flow matters from 6 months onward. This kit includes both paced and medium flow teats so you can support your baby’s development without milk flowing faster than they can manage.

The paced teats encourages your baby to actively draw the milk, helping prevent lazy feeding and bottle preference, while the medium flow supports growing feeding ability as your baby becomes more efficient.

Even older babies can experience discomfort from excessive air intake during bottle feeds.

The Minbie teat promotes a deeper latch and active feeding pattern, helping reduce gulping and unnecessary air swallowing. Combined with our integrated venting system, this supports calmer feeds and may help reduce symptoms associated with reflux, wind and feeding discomfort.

By encouraging babies to control the flow themselves, feeds remain more comfortable and closer to the natural breastfeeding experience.

Included is our durable 270ml PPSU bottle, designed for growing appetites and everyday use.

PPSU is considered the gold standard in baby bottle materials thanks to its exceptional strength, safety and heat resistance. It withstands repeated sterilising without warping, cracking or becoming cloudy and contains no BPA, BPS or harmful bisphenols.

With the clarity of glass and the durability of premium engineering plastic, PPSU bottles are built to last through toddlerhood and beyond.

The Hidden Problem

Nipple confusion

Most bottle teats rely on compression, teaching babies to squeeze milk instead of drawing it naturally as they do at the breast. This can lead to poor latches, air intake and nipple confusion. Minbie is different. Our patented teat supports your baby’s natural suckling motion, helping protect your breastfeeding journey while giving you the confidence to bottle-feed.

SUPPORTS BREASTFEEDING

Feeding freedom

As your baby grows, flexibility becomes more important. Minbie helps support the same feeding skills used at the breast, making it easier to introduce bottles, share feeds with loved ones, and continue breastfeeding with confidence throughout the 6–12 month stage.

Safer PPSU Bottles

Standard PP bottles are lightweight but can degrade with heat and repeated sterilisation. PPSU is a medical-grade material designed for durability, stability and safety, giving you long-term confidence with every feed.

PPSU offers significantly higher heat resistance than standard PP bottles, meaning it stays stable during repeated sterilising without breaking down or releasing unwanted chemicals.

Tested free from BPA, BPS and other bisphenols, it’s also EA-free, so it won’t mimic hormones or interfere with your baby’s development.

Unlike typical PP bottles that can warp or weaken over time, PPSU is built to last.

It has exceptional impact resistance, so it won’t crack, cloud or degrade with daily use, repeated sterilising or dishwasher cycles.

All the clarity of glass, without the risk.

PPSU maintains its natural transparency and smooth finish over time, unlike PP which can become cloudy and worn with regular use.

Proudly Australian designed and owned and winner of the good design award. Buy direct to support Australian innovation and a Melbourne family business, with fast shipping Australia-wide and access to an experienced support team for personalised feeding advice.

    Finally!

My 6 month old would refuse a bottle (and dummy) since birth. I spent so much money on bottles and he would just chew the teats before I came across Minbie. It took about 2-3 days trying but he now takes the Minbie bottle no issues! Thank you!

    It worked for us!

We too had a baby who didn’t/wouldn’t/couldn’t take the bottle since she was 3ish months old (we dropped the ball!). Tried her on the Minbie at 7 months and after 3 days of no pressure sipping practice…she has now graduated to gull time guzzler and can be bottle fed when needed. Including if there’s been a few days between using the bottle. Extremely happy!

Our son loves his Minbie Bottle

Our 7-month-old has just started using a bottle, and we couldn’t be happier with how well he took to the Minbie. After exclusively breastfeeding until now, it was so important for us to find a bottle that closely mimics the breastfeeding experience—and this one delivered. The transition has been seamless! Highly recommend.

My 4 month breastfed baby refused all bottles, my sister recommended minbie. She instantly took it, it was like seeing a magic trick! Made my day haha.

    High quality bottle

In theory I really love the idea of Minbie & the bottle is high quality and well produced. My baby is nearly 8 months old & hasn’t taken to the bottle, I do wish I’d tried it earlier as she’s more opinionated now & had she been younger I think she would’ve . Now we are just still EBF and moving forwards with cups for weaning on water at meal times. ( For my next one il be offering baby 1 bottle a day and it will be Minbie, on top of exclusive breastfeeding, love the bottle )

The reviews are right - these bottles really do work!

After multiple bottle attempts, and feeling like our daughter would never take to a bottle - she finally did once we introduced the minbie!! Such a great design, she took to it straight away. After 6months of being exclusively breastfed we knew it might be a hard transition for her, but we got there in the end. If you're struggling, it's also worth trying a different formula too as it may be the taste you need to experiment with too.
