Be honest, I’m fairly disappointed with majority of the Minbie products. I purchased the UV sterilising package which pretty much had every single product .
The steriliser itself was great however, the rest of the items were subpar.
The bottle warmer had a touchscreen and seemed to short out most time I used it.
The breast pump itself was not user-friendly, and also have a touchscreen that would switch to a different mode if slightly touched.
The worst product was the portable milk warmer actually complained about when I purchase the unit however, the complaint went unheard. Again with a pointless touchscreen which meant that the bottle warmer will just switch off at any time or heat up to 50° and ruin your milk.
My baby wouldn’t take a bottle until now so I recently went to use it just over 12 months old and it won’t charge at all.
I reached out to the company and it was a too bad so sad it’s out of warranty kind of deal.
When looking on the website for other reviews, I noticed that they had changed the design recently after my complaint, probably because it was a terrible unit,
I probably wouldn’t. waste my money on any of the items from Minbie again, except for the steriliser, because it is aesthetically pleasing but also overpriced.
