    Excellent service

    I was on a waitlist for a new bottle because the one we had had been damaged. They were not in stock at the time that I was trying to get it and the company contacted me as soon as they came in so I could purchase it before they sold out. I really appreciated them following through.

    Fragile under heat

    I’ve had to keep repurchasing because the bottle’s mouth keeps cracking from the heat. As a busy mum, I need bottles that are durable and can handle daily use.
