Australia – Ship from Sydney - Australia Post. If orders are placed before 12 pm on a business day Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne, Sydney time) your order will be shipped that same day.

Express Post - NSW, VIC, QLD (1-2 business day), SA, NT, WA (1-3 business days)

Returns & Refunds

Once your order is submitted to the system, there is only half an hour window before it goes through to the warehouse for processing. If you made an error with your order it is best to immediately go back to our website and speak with one of our customer service staff on live chat. If no one is present on chat, send us an email at info@minbie.com.au as soon as possible.

 

 

If the order has been submitted to the warehouse and processed we are not able to make any changes to that order. The order can be returned within two (2) weeks of purchase if it is unopened with the plastic shrink wrap intact. An email should be sent to our customer support help desk prior to completing the returns. Returns that are eligible for a refund are processed minus the shipping charges. Please send the goods to the following address with your order details inside.

If the goods have been opened or used, we are unable to accept returns. If you have an issue with the product, please email us at info@minbie.com.au or speak to one of our customer service helpers on our website.

 

 

We do not accept opened returns this is in compliance with health and safety guidelines for baby teats, bottles, and pacifiers. Any used or opened returned products are marked as unsellable and is automatically destroyed. If you have an issue with the product or believe it is faulty, please contact our customer service staff and we will help resolve for you.

(If an item you have ordered runs out of stock, we will offer you an equivalent product if there is no suitable replacement your order will be canceled and refunded in full.) 

 

 

Once shipped, your order will have a tracking number. Please contact info@minbie.com.au if you do not receive this. The customer (you) assumes all risk from the time that the Minbie products you have ordered are given to the deliverer or freight agent for shipping, posting or forwarding. You need to take responsibility for providing the correct address for your order and proper access for the delivery of your order; for following the tracking and contacting the deliverer or freight agent if your order has not been delivered so that you will receive or collect your order.

 

 

Replacing faulty Minbie products: The product will be replaced providing it is deemed not to have been tampered with or damaged through incorrect use. Every care has been taken with manufacturing in addition to doing multiple checks of each Minbie teat to ensure the highest quality of the product; and that they comply with the EU, US and Canadian safety requirements. The Industrial Designers of the Minbie teat have many years of experience in the infant feeding area. Should you find a faulty teat, or other Minbie product, please contact info@minbie.com.au within 14 days of receiving your purchase to discuss the problem.

The instructions that come with the Minbie packs contain important information for your child’s safety and health, as well as the directions for correctly using Minbie and how to prevent leaks. Instructions should be read before using Minbie products. (The instructions are also on the Minbie website https://minbie.com/faq/ ). I-Sip Trading Pty Ltd cannot guarantee that your baby will feed from the Minbie teat or benefit from the use of the Minbie teat. Please contact info@minbie.com.au if you have any questions.
