Minbie's Shipping, Returns & Refunds Explained

Australia – Ship from Sydney - Australia Post. Ship from Melbourne - Australia Post. Orders are generally dispatched the same business day if placed before 1 pm with delivery 2-5 business days from the date of shipping. (There can be exceptions to this sometimes)

Australia Post tracked- NSW, VIC, QLD (2-4 business days), SA, NT, WA (2-5 business days)

Express Post - NSW, VIC, QLD (1-2 business day), SA, NT, WA (1-3 business days)

(Delivery can sometime be affected by adverse weather condition and high delivery volume on the part of the carrier. Unfortunately, Minbie cannot guarantee delivery within the normal time frame in these cases. The shipping charges on orders not delivered on time as a result of these delays will not be refunded)

Returns & Refunds

Items shipped from Minbie can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. An email must be sent to info@minbie.com.au to start the returns process. Return products must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact. If your return is not a result of a Minbie error original shipping fees will not be refunded. 

 We provide you with a return shipping address, and you pay for the return postage using the carrier of your choice.

 Returns label/satchel: (We provide this for some regions) the return has to be done within seven days after receiving the label or satchel this method incur shipping charges. 

All Minbie products are sealed inside a box with a factory seal over the openings on the box. If these seals are broken, an item is not able to be resold or returned. If you wish to return a product, you need to decide before opening the box containing the item that you have purchased. Please send photos of the outer box, or shrink-wrapped pack, showing the box sealed over the opening on the top and the bottom. When photos show the packaging intact, we will schedule a tracked return satchel to be sent to you. You are required to send the order back to us within seven days of receiving the satchel. All returns go through a returns-check process that can take approximately two weeks to be completed. Please note that for full returns, refunds are done minus the outgoing shipping and return shipping costs. If only a portion of the order is returned, refunds are done minus the return shipping.

(All refunds are processed minus the outgoing shipping and processing restocking fees.)

 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of Minbie baby teats, bottles, dummies, breast pump, steriliser and accessories once they have been opened.  Any used products cannot be returned. Once shipped, your order will have a tracking number. Please contact info@minbie.com.au if you do not receive this. The customer (you) assumes all risk from the time that the Minbie products you have ordered are given to the deliverer or freight agent for shipping, posting or forwarding. You need to take responsibility for providing the correct address for your order and proper access for the delivery of your order; for following the tracking and contacting the deliverer or freight agent if your order has not been delivered so that you receive or collect your order.

Replacing faulty Minbie products: The product will be replaced providing it is deemed not to have been tampered with or damaged through incorrect use. Every care has been taken with manufacturing in addition to doing multiple checks of each Minbie teat to ensure the highest quality of the product; and that they comply with the EU, US and Canadian safety requirements. The Industrial Designers of the Minbie teat have many years of experience in the infant feeding area. Should you find a faulty teat, or other Minbie product, please contact info@minbie.com.au within 14 days of receiving your purchase to discuss the problem. 

 

Conditions of Using the Minbie products

 

The instructions that come with the Minbie packs contain important information for your child’s safety and health, as well as the directions for correctly using Minbie and how to prevent leaks. Instructions should be read before using Minbie products. (The instructions are also on the Minbie website https://minbie.com/faq/ ). I-Sip Trading Pty Ltd cannot guarantee that your baby will feed from the Minbie teat or benefit from the use of the Minbie teat. Please contact info@minbie.com.au if you have any questions.
